We recruit qualified attorneys for placement with law firms and companies to handle litigation or transactional legal work. We provide attorneys for direct hire, temporary projects and temporary-to-hire. We work on practice group mergers for some of our law firm clients. We work on a contingency fee or retained search basis.

How we Recruit Attorneys for Employers


1. Meet the Employer

We want to meet with you personally whenever possible to ensure we understand exactly what you need. We want to appreciate both the tangible and intangible aspects of the position. Visiting the office and meeting the people with whom the attorney will work is generally very helpful but not required.

2. Recruit Attorneys

We are very well networked in the legal community and have reliable referral sources in every area of law and business. We also have an established database of attorneys who are either active or passive job seekers that have confidentially requested us to let them know when the "right position" is available. When needed we also conduct general and targeted advertising.

3. Screen Attorneys

We interview potential candidates with our proven interview system. We conduct reference checks, except where employer prefers to complete reference checks. We confirm that state bar membership is in good standing where applicable.

4. Facilitate Interview and Hiring

We will present you with resumes and significant commentary from our screening process for the top candidates. You may only need to meet two or three attorney candidates unless you prefer to consider more. We are available to be involved in any aspect of salary and benefit negotiations.
